Terms of Service

These terms apply to services sold under the E.V.I.L. brand by Content Group Squared ("we", "us"). By buying a package, joining the Founding Venue Program, or using Honeybuns, you ("you", the client) agree to them.

1. Services

We offer website packages (Starter, Pro, Premium), monthly Content Plans, the Founding Venue Program, and the Honeybuns rewards program. What's included in each package is described on our website at the time you buy.

2. Payment

Package prices are one-time and paid up front through Stripe unless we agree otherwise in writing. Content Plans and founding venue hosting are billed monthly until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars.

3. The 48-hour first draft

We aim to deliver a private preview of your first draft within 48 hours after we've received both your payment and your completed intake details. Larger or custom projects may take longer; we'll tell you before you pay. Edits are included as listed in your package.

4. Refunds

Full refund any time before we start work. After you receive your first draft, you can cancel for a 50% refund. Once you approve the final site, the sale is final.

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the current billing period.

5. Founding Venue Program

• We provide a Starter website at no charge. In exchange, you display the E.V.I.L. Honeybuns QR code where customers can see it, usually at the counter, for 6 months from launch; offer a small perk of your choosing to customers who scan; and share basic results for a case study (published only with your approval).
• Hosting, small updates, and the Honeybuns dashboard cost $29 per month.
• If the QR is removed or hidden for more than 2 weeks before the 6 months are up, the website becomes a regular Starter purchase and a one-time fee of $300 applies. You keep the site.
• Either side may end the program with 30 days' written notice. If we end it, no early-removal fee applies.
• Your signed founding venue agreement controls if it differs from this summary.

6. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the text, photos, logos, and other material you give us, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

7. AI-assisted work

We use AI tools to help draft text, layouts, and lessons, and a person reviews the work. You're responsible for reviewing your site before approving it, especially prices, hours, health or legal claims, and anything specific to your business.

8. Ownership

Once a package is paid in full, you own your website's content and design files, and we'll hand them over on request. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, and the Honeybuns platform. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Honeybuns

Honeybuns are promotional reward points with no cash value. They can't be sold or exchanged for money. Perks offered by a venue are that venue's responsibility. We may change the lessons and rewards catalog over time.

10. Hosting and availability

We use reputable third-party hosts and do our best to keep things running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Domain names you buy are registered and renewed by you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state].
