Privacy Policy

E.V.I.L. ("we", "us") is a brand of Content Group Squared. This policy explains what we collect through this website and the Honeybuns rewards program, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we use it to run our services, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Things you send us: when you fill out a form (founding venue application or contact form), we receive what you type, such as your name, business name, email, phone, city, and message.
- Business clients: details needed to build your website (text, photos, hours, menus) and billing records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Honeybuns customers: when someone scans a venue's QR and signs up, we collect a name, an email, their Honeybuns activity, and (only if they choose to share it) their usual order.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard information like IP address and browser type for security. This site doesn't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to you, quote, build, host, and support your website.
- To run Honeybuns: track points, unlock lessons, and show venue owners an opt-in view of their regulars (first name and last initial, plus usual order if shared).
- To send emails you asked for. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
- To prepare case studies, using business results only with the venue's written approval.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run things, such as website hosting, form handling, email, and payment processing (Stripe), and only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.
Browser storage
This site doesn't set advertising cookies. If a form can't reach our servers, your answers may be saved temporarily in your own browser's local storage so they aren't lost. You can clear this anytime in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for tax and legal records. Honeybuns customers can delete their account at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing evil@contentgroupsquared.com. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and Honeybuns lessons are intended for customers 18 and older during our pilot.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
